Our Story — Founded to raise awareness of the challenges faced by marginalised groups in the UK, The Tender Hearts Initiative highlights the hardships of adapting to a new language, culture, and social system.

The disconnect between these communities and the social systems meant to support them often leads to significant barriers, exacerbated by cultural differences and language gaps.

We are committed to amplifying voices through storytelling and advocacy, transforming how social systems engage with these communities.

Tender Hearts Initiative is a community-driven organisation dedicated to supporting migrant individuals and families. Through advocacy, storytelling, and practical support, we help people navigate challenges, access opportunities, and build a sense of belonging.

We amplify migrant voices, raise awareness of lived experiences, and encourage greater understanding across communities. By working alongside partners and local stakeholders, we connect people with the resources, networks, and guidance they need to thrive.
